Only in Italy

Whilst I can see the conceptual appeal of creating a world out of your client’s products, it seems fairly clear that whilst that’s OK with chocolate, its pretty damn uncomfortable with meat. Perhaps if it was done in more of a ‘delicatessen’ style - dark and weird and more french? - then it might’ve worked… But as it stands I just can’t get past the sickening look of it.

here in south philadelphia, there’s a deli called “cold cut hut.” when i first heard of the place, this is basically what i envisioned. pretty disturbing.
