This has got to be one of the greatest, and incongruously cost-effective, viral campaigns of recent times, perfectly re-inforcing the Carlsberg strapline ‘Probably the best in the world’. Unfortunately I didn’t come across this myself, but I’m certain there were many many many Carlsberg’s drunk this night all over London!

Much like the “blind” restaurants that were so du jour recently, the very famous Fat Duck, is now serving up iPod shuffles with every plate in an effort to use sound “to enhance a dining experience”. I like how mash-up culture is pervading everything these days, even into that most basic of necessities. I wonder if it actually works???

Ok we’ve got a global event coming up on flickr - trying to visually answer the question of what exactly does happen in one day on this big big planet of ours? Best of all, if your photo gets selected, it gets printed in a book for MSF and they get money from flickr too! Everyone wins, so et your cameras out now!

Personal Pies is a project that abstracts one person’s everyday life into accountable bites/bytes of of information in an attempt to provide “an audit of my life so far”.
I think this is a really interesting idea, and is not at all unlike Feltron’s brilliant personal annual report - although not as well designed. The desire to quantify the minutiae of life in a corporate-esque way speaks volumes of our society and the increasing measure-ability of the world in general.

No? Well Guillaume Reymond certainly does ;-P Seen this a while ago, but just came across it today and had to post it… I love the bare aesthetic of the empty theatre, its as unnatural as people pretending to be pixels!
